    Important Info Before You Buy

     

  • Suitable for wooden doors

    •  

  • These hinges can be used on any door that has to pass half hour fire regulations and needs to be self closing

    •  

  • Hinges are fitted in traditional way.

     

    Once fitted these hinges can become self closing by tensioning the spring located in the knucle of the hinge.

     

    To spring load the hinge place the alun key provided into the locator hole at the top of the hinge barrel and crank round until the desired tension is reached.

     

    Finally place the provided pin into the desired tenison postion hole

  • These spring hinges have 6 adjustable tension settings to allow you to control how fast the door will close

  • No need for concealed door closers such as perko's
